This Subscription Agreement is a binding service rule applicable to all users who purchase subscription membership services on the Elovin iOS AI image and video creation application. This Agreement clearly defines the service content, membership rights, pricing rules, usage specifications and relevant provisions of the App’s subscription service. By purchasing and using the Elovin subscription membership service, all users confirm that they have fully read, understood and voluntarily accepted all the terms of this Agreement. Elovin always adheres to the principle of user privacy protection, We do not collect any user facial information, and we will never share any of your personal data with third-party AI services during the provision of all subscription services.
Elovin provides paid subscription membership services for iOS users, aiming to provide users with a more cost-effective and high-quality AI creation experience. The App adopts no-account usage mode, and users can directly purchase subscription membership through Apple’s official in-app purchase channel without registering or logging in any account. All subscription services are bound to the user’s local device purchase record, and the subscription rights and interests are only applicable to the local device that completes the purchase. The App will not synchronize or record user subscription information through background servers, and all service verification is completed locally.
The core benefit of Elovin’s subscription membership is exclusive preferential gold coin benefits. After users successfully purchase the designated subscription package, the App will one-time issue the corresponding amount of gold coins matching the subscription package specifications to the user’s local account immediately. Compared with the conventional single-purchase gold coin mode in the App, the gold coins obtained through subscription purchase have obvious price advantages, allowing users to obtain more gold coin resources with lower cost and enjoy a more cost-effective AI creation service experience.
During the valid period of the user’s subscription membership, all AI image generation and short video creation functions of the App can be used normally in accordance with the basic resource rules of the App. The subscription service is mainly oriented to providing preferential gold coin resource benefits, and does not change the basic resource consumption rules of the App’s creation functions, ensuring that all users can enjoy stable and standardized service experience.
All subscription package prices of Elovin are subject to the real-time price display on the App’s official subscription page, and all pricing standards comply with Apple App Store charging specifications and regional pricing rules. The App will display in detail:
Users can independently select the appropriate subscription type according to their usage needs.
All subscription payment behaviors are completed through Apple’s official in-app purchase system. The entire payment process is supervised and managed by Apple, and Elovin does not obtain any user payment password, bank information and other sensitive payment data. All payment records are only stored in the user’s Apple account and local device, and the App background will not collect or store any user payment privacy information.
Each Elovin subscription package corresponds to a fixed valid service term, which will be clearly marked on the package purchase page. The subscription term starts to take effect immediately after the user completes the payment successfully. The one-time issued gold coins obtained from the subscription purchase are permanent local valid resources of the user’s device, and the validity of the gold coins will not be affected by the expiration of the subscription term.
After the subscription term expires, the user’s membership preferential entitlement will automatically terminate. Users can choose to purchase a new subscription package again to continue to enjoy the preferential gold coin benefits brought by the subscription service. The App will not automatically renew any subscription service without the user’s independent authorization and active operation.
Users shall use the Elovin subscription membership services and corresponding gold coin resources in compliance with the App’s user specifications and App Store rules. Users are prohibited from using subscription preferential resources for:
All subscription rights and interests and gold coin resources are only for the user’s personal non-commercial use. Any unauthorized transfer, resale, gift or commercial use of subscription benefits and gold coins is deemed a violation of this Agreement, and the App has the right to terminate the corresponding service qualification and recover abnormal resources.
Since Elovin’s subscription service belongs to virtual digital resource service, and the subscription gold coins will be issued to the user’s local device at one time immediately after purchase, all confirmed successful subscription orders are non-refundable in principle. In special circumstances that comply with Apple’s official refund rules, users need to initiate refund applications through Apple’s official channel, and the final refund result shall be subject to Apple’s official review and processing results.
Elovin will not independently accept any refund applications submitted by users, and cannot interfere with Apple’s in-app purchase refund review mechanism. After the refund is successfully approved by Apple, the App will synchronously invalidate the corresponding subscription benefits and recover gold coin resources.
Elovin strictly protects user privacy in all subscription service links. All user subscription purchase behaviors, obtained gold coin quota and service usage records are only stored locally on the user’s iOS device, and the App background will not upload, synchronize or call any user subscription data. We do not collect any user facial information throughout the subscription service process, and we will never share any of your personal data with third-party AI services, fully ensuring the privacy and security of users’ subscription behavior and service data.
We reserve the right to update and revise this Subscription Agreement irregularly according to App function iteration, service optimization and platform specification updates. The updated agreement terms will be displayed on the latest version of the App. Continued use of the App’s subscription services by users after the agreement update is deemed as acceptance of the revised terms.
All updates of this Agreement will not reduce the existing legitimate rights and interests of users who have purchased subscription services, and will not change the core preferential rules of subscription gold coin services.
