This User Agreement governs all access and usage behaviors of the Elovin iOS AI image and short video creation application by all users. This Agreement systematically defines user usage specifications, service rights, content creation rules, liability specifications and related service provisions. By opening and using all functions of the Elovin App, you fully confirm that you have read, understood and voluntarily accepted all terms of this Agreement and agree to abide by all service rules and platform specifications stipulated herein.
Elovin is a professional AI image and short video creation tool developed for iOS devices, providing users with one-stop creation services including local photo uploading, text-prompted AI content generation, and one-click application of multi-scene built-in templates. The App adopts a no-account usage mode, allowing all users to directly access and use core creation functions without registration, login, identity binding or real-name authentication procedures, which greatly simplifies the user operation process.
All users who use this App must be individuals over the age of 13 with independent autonomous usage rights. Users under the age of 13 shall use the App under the supervision and guidance of their guardians. We reserve the right to refuse service to any user who violates age usage regulations or misuses App functions. We do not collect any user facial information during the whole service process, and we will never share any of your personal data with third-party AI services to fully protect user privacy and usage security.

The App provides free usage quotas for ordinary users, and users can unlock more usage rights and preferential resource benefits through official Apple in-app purchase subscription services.
All operations and content generated by users in the App are processed and stored locally on the user’s exclusive iOS device. Users have full independent control over all uploaded original materials and AI generated works, including independent viewing, local saving, manual deletion and other management rights. The App background will not actively obtain, call, back up or retain any user local creation content without user authorization.
When users use the App’s AI creation functions to produce images and short videos, they shall abide by public order and good customs and relevant platform specifications. Users are prohibited from uploading, creating or deriving any:
Users shall bear full independent responsibility for all original materials uploaded by themselves and all AI works created independently.
The App strictly complies with Apple App Store review standards and adds standard AI-generated content identification marks to all works generated by AI algorithms, so as to standardize the production and dissemination of AI content. We do not intervene in the independent creation behavior of users, nor do we use user creation content for any commercial promotion, secondary creation or public dissemination without user permission.
For the original photos, pictures and other materials uploaded by users independently, the intellectual property and copyright of all original resources belong to the user or the corresponding legitimate copyright owner. Users guarantee that all uploaded materials have legal source and complete copyright authorization, and shall bear all legal liabilities and risks caused by uploading infringing content.
For the AI images and short videos generated by users through the App’s functions based on independent uploading and text prompting, the final copyright of the legal and compliant generated works belongs to the user who completes the creation. The App’s built-in templates, algorithm logic, functional design, text and picture materials and other platform exclusive resources are protected by intellectual property rights, and users are prohibited from copying, disassembling, spreading or using them for commercial purposes without authorization.
The App provides optional paid subscription membership services for users. Users who purchase subscription packages can obtain one-time issued gold coin resources with more preferential unit prices compared with ordinary single purchase. All subscription benefits are issued locally in real time after successful payment, and the subscription service only provides users with cost-effective resource rights, without changing the basic functional rules of the App’s AI creation.
All paid services are completed through Apple’s official in-app purchase channel, and the payment process and transaction records are uniformly managed by Apple. We do not obtain any user sensitive payment information, and all paid service data only exist in the user’s local device and personal Apple account, with no external data transmission.
In order to maintain the stable operation of the platform and the legitimate rights and interests of all users, users shall not carry out the following behaviors when using the App:
If the user’s illegal operation causes platform function failure, platform loss or third-party rights infringement, we have the right to restrict the user’s local usage qualification, terminate part or all of the service rights, and reserve the right to pursue corresponding liabilities.
We will regularly carry out App function iteration, algorithm optimization, template update and system maintenance according to product operation needs, so as to continuously improve user creation experience. During the maintenance and update period, individual functions of the App may be temporarily unavailable or abnormal, and we will try our best to shorten the maintenance time and reduce the impact on user usage.
We reserve the right to adjust product functions, free usage quotas, subscription package content and preferential rules on the premise of not damaging the existing legitimate rights and interests of paid users. All adjustment contents will be displayed through the latest App version update.
Elovin always takes user privacy protection as the core service principle. All user creation behaviors, local uploaded materials and generated works are only stored on the user’s local device, and users can independently delete any local content at any time. The App background does not have the authority to actively collect or read user local private content, We do not collect any user facial information in any usage scenario, and we will never share any of your personal data with third-party AI services, ensuring that all user usage behaviors and private content are completely confidential.
We reserve the right to revise and update this User Agreement irregularly according to product development and App Store specification requirements. The updated agreement content will be displayed in the latest version of the Elovin App. Users’ continued use of the App’s services after the agreement update constitutes automatic acceptance of the revised agreement terms.
If any clause of this Agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable due to specification adjustment, the validity of other remaining clauses will not be affected, and both parties will continue to abide by the remaining agreement terms.
